Little Yogis, Big City holds classes in small groups for children ages 2-12 in Manhattan. Classes are held outside in local parks in good weather for larger groups and can be arranged at home for small groups. My goal is to bring mindfulness to children through the practice of yoga and meditation. We get up and move, hold poses, play games, learn to control our breath and to calm our thoughts, and always have fun.
Danielle is a RYT 200hr certified yoga instructor with a additional certification in teaching Children's Yoga. She has experience teaching yoga to children in a wide variety of settings, as well as teaching adults who work with children ways to incorporate mindfulness and movement into their everyday routines. She is open to private and small group sessions with adults as well as family yoga.
